Yoga & Wellbeing

Strength-based Vinyasa, blending biomechanics, stabiliser strength, and nervous system awareness

What I Offer

My Approach

I rarely focus on flexibility for the sake of flexibility.

Range of motion usually develops as you learn to control it.

In my sessions and classes, you will not be forced into positions you cannot breathe in, stabilise or understand. Instead, we work with how your body moves, where it compensates, where it grips, where it loses breath, and what needs to be built before going deeper.

Yoga provides useful positions.

Strength gives ownership.

Breath builds resilience.

Controlled transitions make it transferable.

This is movement for real bodies, active lives and long-term confidence.

My Story

My own relationship with movement has shaped the way I teach.

I grew up with joint challenges, which affected my coordination, confidence and how I understood my body. Alongside this, early experiences of stress and loss gave me a deep interest in how the body responds under pressure.

Movement became the place where these threads came together.

Through dance, gym training, yoga and years of exploring strength, stability and breath, I learned that movement is not only about fitness. It can change how we feel, how we cope, how we trust ourselves, and how capable we believe our bodies to be.

That is what now sits underneath my work.

I help people build strength, stability, awareness and a greater sense of control in both body and mind.
