Strength-based Vinyasa, blending biomechanics, stabiliser strength, and nervous system awareness
What I Teach
My Approach
I use strength-based, breath-led movement to build strength safely, with a strong focus on the smaller stabilising muscles that support your joints and control how your body moves.
Sessions are designed to challenge you in a controlled way, helping you stay present, manage your breathing, and keep control as things get harder. This builds both physical strength and the ability to stay steady under pressure.
The focus is on simple, effective movements, improving stability, supporting joints, and building confidence in how your body moves and responds.
I work with individuals, groups, and workplaces, offering structured sessions that improve strength, energy, and focus.
About My Work
I use strength-based, breath-led movement to help you build strength safely and learn how to stay steady under pressure.
Sessions are designed to challenge you in a controlled way, guiding you to stay present, manage your breathing, and keep control as things get harder. This helps you not only get stronger, but also handle stress more effectively in everyday life.
The focus is on effective movements, building joint support, improving stability, and developing confidence in how your body moves.

My Story
I have dyspraxia, which affected my coordination growing up and led to ongoing challenges, including surgery. That early experience shaped how I understand movement, and why I focus on building stability and control.
When I was 13, I lost my dad. He had struggled with PTSD, which affected family life immensely, and it had a lasting impact on how I understand stress, behaviour, and how people cope.
At 14, I started working in a gym. After a long period of feeling low, it was the first time I clearly saw how movement could shift mood, focus, and behaviour, not just in others, but in myself. That moment stayed with me.
Alongside a background in dance, this grew into a long-term interest in strength, stability, and the nervous system.
Today, all of this feeds into my work. I use movement to help people build strength, stability, and a greater sense of control in both body and mind.
