  • Thursday & Friday Evening: These are strong vinyasa power yoga classes - we work ok building stabiliser strength, balance, agility and stamina.

    Thursday Morning: This is a mixture of conditioning work and shorter vinyasa flows. This class has two sections: The conditioning at the beginning helps you to feel and activate muscles.

    The vinyasa flow section is where we then practice using them in motion, through flows.
