Rather than calming people down completely, the aim is to help them feel alert, grounded, and present. Sessions create a sense of readiness and control, allowing people to step into demanding situations feeling steady, confident, and switched on.
This is not recovery or relaxation work. It is about arriving in the body, managing nerves, and using physical movement to support mental clarity and performance.
