It’s for anyone who wants to feel better in body and mind - whether that means finding calm, improving fitness, rebuilding healthy habits, or simply wanting to feel good in your own skin again
Each week we meet for honest conversation, simple psychology, and practical tools you can apply straight away. You’ll be supported through private group chats, shared resources, and light guidance from me between sessions - because real change happens in everyday moments, not just during the hour we meet.

Live Well with Keeley is a group wellbeing programme designed to help you reconnect with yourself and learn how to create the lifestyle you actually want. It’s not yoga or therapy - it’s a space to understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do, and how small, consistent changes can reshape your wellbeing from the inside out. Over 6 weeks, we explore the connection between mind and body - how habits form, how stress affects behaviour, how rest restores the brain, and how self-awareness becomes the foundation for change. It’s for anyone who wants to live well - whether you’re an athlete learning to slow down, someone rebuilding healthy habits, or simply ready to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control.

Each week we meet for a relaxed 60-minute group session (no yoga mats - just conversation, and honest learning). Every session follows a flow: reflection, learning, discussion, and take-home awareness practices. Between sessions, your learning continues. You’ll receive weekly email resources and journaling prompts, plus access to a private WhatsApp and Facebook community - spaces to share wins, challenges, and reflections with others on the same journey. You’ll also have light, ongoing support from me during the week if you have questions or need guidance, helping you stay accountable without pressure.

Nourishment and self-care
Boundaries and emotional space
Mindset and self-talk
Connection and purpose
These sessions help you learn how your thoughts and behaviours shape your wellbeing - and how to shift them consciously.
