They’re simple, flexible extras that you can include at any time, or as something to return to when your package ends, depending on what you feel would help you most.

    • Personalised Recorded Practice - £35

    A tailored 20-30 minute video created just for you, built around your goals, mobility needs and available time.
    Perfect for days when you want guidance but don’t have a full hour.

    • Nutrition & Energy Support - £35/per week

    Non-clinical guidance from me to help you make simple, realistic adjustments that support convenience, energy, recovery and strength. Ideal if you want to feel better day-to-day without strict dieting or spending long hours searching for recipes or preparing meals.

    • Nervous System Reset - £25

    A personalised 15 minute breathwork + relaxation recording created to help you reset when you feel overwhelmed, tense or low in energy. Designed to be something you can return to whenever you need grounding.

    • Extra in Person Movement Session (60 mins) - £40

    Another tailored strength, mobility or nervous-system-focused session during the week.
    Ideal if you want more hands-on guidance or quicker progress.

    • Extra Coaching Session (60 mins) - £50

    A focused 60-minute session for any part of your coaching journey where you’d like extra support - whether that’s habits, routines, stress, mindset or lifestyle changes.
    This is dedicated space to talk, reflect and work through challenges with guidance and clarity.
