Sometimes group classes don’t quite give us the space we need. Maybe you’re navigating something personal — physically, emotionally, or mentally — and want time to move at your own pace. Maybe you’ve had setbacks or pain and want to rebuild confidence. Or maybe you’re just looking for that extra layer of connection and accountability.
My 1:1 yoga sessions are a space for you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your own sense of strength and freedom.
You don’t need to be experienced. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to show up as anyone but yourself. If you're willing to be curious, to listen to your body, and to move in a way that feels good, then you're already doing yoga in the way I love to teach it.
